Cute MP3 Cutter is a basic audio editor designed to split and join MP3 files. The app can help you divide a large audio file into smaller segments of the size or time you decide. It can be used for a variety of purposes, like creating custom unique ringtones, breaking up concert or podcast recordings, a special alarm sound, you name it.

Cool MP3 Splitter has a compact, intuitive interface that makes the task easy to carry out. To get started, the first step consists in adding the audio file you want to edit; the app primarily works with MP3, but it also supports WAV and WMA as input files. You can select among three split methods: by time, that is, you can create sections of a specific time in seconds, or by size, dividing a file into segments of a custom size in KB. The third option lets you split a file with precision by adding as many breakpoints as the number of files you want to obtain. For this purpose, the app includes a small player that lets you set breakpoints with one click and also gives you the option to enter breakpoints manually. You can choose the compress method and optionally add fade in/out effect to your tracks. An extra option makes it possible to merge audio files as well, which means you will be able to create a single MP3 file out of several tracks of different formats.

Additional configuration options can be found in the Settings dialog to define the parameters of the output files. Among them, you will be able to modify the bit rate, the encoding quality, and sample rate.

In short, Cool MP3 Splitter offers a simple, to-the-point set of features to divide and join audio files of popular formats. The trial version of the app is free but works with some restrictions.
